InnuCase is available in two sizes. Print files are in Housing/InnuCase.

InnuCase #1 (large)

Dimensions: 26 x 9 cm

Typical options:

  • display + 2 PWM modules + power switch (InnuCase-1_Display_2PWM_Power.stl)

  • display + 2 PWM modules, no power switch (InnuCase-1_Display_2PWM.stl)

  • display + 1 PWM module with/without power switch (InnuCase-1_Display_1PWM*.stl)

Connections (depending on variant):

  • M12 front connectors for actuators

  • M12 bottom connectors for actuators and sensors

If no display is used, close the opening with a blind cover.

Threaded inserts and mounting

The housing includes pads for threaded inserts. Typical hole diameter in pads: 4.6 mm. Use a soldering iron to set inserts into the pads.

Board carrier plate

The board is mounted on a carrier plate behind the display using M3 spacers (for example 15 mm).

  • smaller plate for DS18B20 setups

  • larger plate for PT100x setups (with holes for MAX31865 boards)

Bracket and blind cover

A rear bracket can be used for mounting. Blind covers are available for unused display openings.
